We’ll schedule a quick consultation to discuss your event details, coverage needs, and timeline. After that, you’ll receive a custom proposal outlining everything clearly.
Dates are secured once the retainer is received and the agreement is signed.

A 50% retainer is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due prior to the event unless otherwise agreed upon.
We understand that some corporate timelines move quickly, and we do our best to accommodate short-notice bookings when availability allows.

Coverage depends on:

For events under 150 guests in a single space, one photographer is typically sufficient.
For larger events (200+ guests), multiple rooms, or simultaneous programming, we recommend two or more creatives to ensure full coverage without missed moments.

We do not limit your gallery by a strict image count.
On average, clients receive approximately 75–125 professionally edited images per hour of coverage. Our priority is delivering meaningful, impactful images, not inflating numbers.

Standard delivery is within 1–5 business days.
For events requiring rapid turnaround (press releases, social media, internal communications), expedited delivery options are available; including select same-day image delivery when arranged in advance.

Final high-resolution images are delivered without watermarks.
You’ll receive access to a secure online gallery called Pixieset where you can view, download, and share your images. Full usage rights are included unless otherwise outlined in your agreement.
